There is high speed WiFi. There is a queen size mattress in each bedroom. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and the living room. One bedroom has a wall mounted air conditioning unit and the other has a portable air conditioning unit. There is a one car detached garage just off the balcony, a parking spot on the west side on the building if available and street parking as well. You are allowed to park one vehicle behind the unit's garage as well. Opposite side parking rules exist during the winter months. This is a smoke free property: no smoking in unit or anywhere on the property. Guest access You will have access to the whole unit except for an owner's closet where I keep cleaning supplies.
