Important Notes: - Minimum age to rent: 30 years old - No loud parties - Parking limited to 4 vehicles 🚗 (steep driveway; park on street if icy) ❄️ - No open flames/fireworks due to high fire danger in the summer - No garage access We are always available by phone or text, and our local caretaker is ready to assist if needed. Enjoy your stay at Hawk’s View! Guest access You will have full access to the house (Hawk's View) but will not have access to the garage and Hawk's Nest, the guest house, which is it's own listing on Airbnb. Other things to note We encourage fun but being respectful to our neighbors is top priority. No loud parties allowed. Our beautiful, spacious hot tub is professionally serviced weekly. If the tub is left excessively dirty requiring drain and refill after your stay, you will be billed $250.00. No food or drink is allowed in the tub and the cover must be put on securely when not in use. Our home has a steep driveway and you must climb steps to get to the main living area. Parking is limited to 4 vehicles. Our home sits on a steep hill which makes for great views but the driveway is very steep. If it's at all icy or snowy we strongly encourage that you park on the street and walk up. This can be challenging for those without sure footing.
