The Studio at Penyrheol Farm

Relaxing stylish studio located on the mountain with picturesque walks on your doorstep. The Studio is attached to our smallholding however you have your own entrance along with private parking and garden. Please note this is part of our home so ideal for relaxing, walkers/cyclists or couples who want to relax but not to party, loud music etc, and therefore our quiet hours are 11pm- 6am. The hot tub is only available until 10pm. *No pets* Not suitable for children/babies* The space A recently refurbished room which is finished to a high standard. Views out both windows are impressive with either a mountain view or Llandegfedd reservoir in the distance. You have a king size bed along with a large flat screen smart TV with, Netflix etc. There is a also a seating area and coffee table along with a trendy well equipped micro kitchen which should provide you with everything you need for a short stay, including, microwave/grill, hob, sink, fridge, kettle and toaster. The ensuite is beautiful with a large tiled walk in shower. There are 6 steps that take you down to the patio area, this is a relaxing space which includes seating and a hot tub under a wooden canopy. The garden is secure and private. Guest access Private garden and parking, You access the house through your own entrance.
