Quiet country getaway in stylish 2 bdrm shed

Whisk your loved ones away to this cosy retreat in the Hawkesbury Valley. The Shed is a charmingly converted workshed offering plush beds, a rustic kitchen, comfy lounge area, wood heater, and an outdoor firepit perfect for stargazing. Enjoy Netflix, Wi-Fi, stunning sunsets, and gentle visits from kangaroos, alpacas, and native birds. A peaceful haven for two or a small family—and yes, your pup can come too! Hearty breakfast provisions supplied, including freshly homebaked sourdough on arrival. The space The Shed is on 4 acres of green! Fruit trees, vegetable gardens, grass, trees and a dam. All at your front door! Inside the cottage is everything you will need. 2 beautifully decorated bedrooms, full bathroom with laundry and the kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs. Airconditioned for summer comfort and wood fire for winter warmth. PLEASE NOTE: We are not a farm, just a 4 acre property where we live, we do not have farm animals, just cats, dogs, horses and chickens. The alpacas are on the property next door. Kangaroos are wild animals and we can not guarantee you will see them, however they are sighted most days at dawn and dusk. The airbnb is away from the main house. Ebenezer is 5mins from Wilberforce and 10mins for Windsor. There is NO public transport, you will need a car if staying for more than a few days. If you come by train and require pick-up, ensure you bring enough food for the time you are staying, as there is no uber eats. Guest access Self check-in from 2pm on day of arrival. Guests will be given a gate access code to the property or a gate remote. Check-in instructions will be messaged the day prior to your arrival. Separate car park allows guest level access to The Shed. Pick-up is available from Windsor or Richmond station. Transport also available to local winery. Other things to note Pool (not heated in winter or summer) available for guest use at the main house via own entrance. Pool and spa (heated), whilst at main house, are private and you will have sole use. Both are perfect for sunset drinks and relaxation during summer. Small dogs are allowed with prior notice. Competing locally at horse events? Horses are welcome ($30/night), own paddock and hay provided. The kitchen is stocked with breakfast provisions and we can supply grazing boxes sourced locally (highly recommended). Please also help yourself to fresh produce from the garden and eggs from the chickens. Provisions in the kitchen include (but are often not limited to): Olive oil, salt, pepper, bread, tomato sauce, eggs, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, vegemite, peanut butter, tea, sugar, coffee pods and milk. BREAKFAST PROVISIONS ARE NOT RESTOCKED DURING YOUR STAY UNLESS REQUESTED (extra cost). The kitchen has a small oven (big enough to cook a roast as some guests have), two hotplates, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots, frying pans, cutlery and crockery. There is also tin foil, baking paper, gladwrap and garbage bags. In the bathroom is also a washing maching and dryer, with washing powder supplied for your convenience. The shower is also equipped with shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. All linen is 100% cotton. Between stays all linen is machine washed and line dried for ultimate freshness and cleanliness. We have just added a wood heater to further enhance the cozy ambience in winter (wood supplied and operating instructions). In summer, cooling is provided via a central wall mounted airconditioning unit. Small dogs are welcome if well behaved and prior request is made. Must be on a lead when outside and under control. No dogs on beds or lounges. Dogs must not be left alone in The Shed while guests are not there. NOISE MUST BE KEPT TO A MINIMUM AFTER 10pm NO PARTIES NO SMOKING INDOORS MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS: 4 The second single bed is a trundle bed that pulls out from under the other single bed. It is really only suitable for a child, as it is small and not easy for an adult to get in to. As such we will not accept booking for 4 adults without prior arrangement. Registration details Exempt
