Located on a very quiet street, this lovely 3 bedroom/1.5 bath home has been a labor of love. Built in 1878, in the past few years it has been recently updated. The space Built in 1878 and recently updated, this historic home is comfortable with all the modern amenities but still retaining that historic charm. Guest access Please note that the house borders the Greenridge cemetery. The house is also very old (1878), thus the stairs are on the steeper side with a shallow tread. The entire house and large back yard is yours to use! There is also a small front porch and a small enclosed back porch. Other things to note Please note that the house doesn't have central air, however there are air conditioners in each of the bedrooms and an air conditioner in the living room and the dining room. The driveway is shared with the neighbors, however there is room for you to park two cars in the driveway. There is also free street parking right in front of the house as well. Please note that quiet hours are after 10pm (there are children in the houses next door). There is a Reverse Osmosis filter in the kitchen, so there is always filtered water to drink. There is a smart 55" TV in the living room, with cable and access to Netflix, Amazon Prime and Hulu. There is a TV in the master bedroom with a Roku so that you can access Netflix, Amazon Prime and Hulu (no cable in the bedroom). There is a desk upstairs in the small room off the bathroom, with two monitors, a printer and a scanner. The washer and dryer is located just off the kitchen. The trash is located on the side of the house (and there are extra trash bags under the kitchen sink). The following items are located in the closet off the kitchen: Iron and Ironing Board, extra light bulbs, paper towels, vacuum, broom and dust pan. When leaving, please don't worry about stripping the beds, and you can leave any dirty towels on the bathroom floor or in the laundry basket off the kitchen.
