One family home less than 2 miles from the LIRR (train into Penn Station Manhattan is 50 min) Located in the heart of the West End walking distance to bars, restaurants, supermarket. Very close to JFK/LGA airports. Central AC, gas fireplace, fully equipped open kitchen. Desk with printer and strong wifi for WFH. Washer/dryer in basement. Beach passes/chairs etc included. Guest access whole home Other things to note This is a family oriented, peaceful neighborhood. Shed with beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, beach toys located at the side of the home. Beach passes included in rental and provided for the duration of your stay. If a beach pass is lost guests will be responsible for the full cost of replacing one.
