Coachman's Cottage is a lovely two-bedroom holiday home situated in the village of Wrentham with easy access to Southwold, taking just 10 minutes by car to this popular seaside town, with a sandy beach, pier, lighthouse and a great variety of shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants. The cottage is perfectly located for exploring one of Suffolk's most beautiful, wild beaches, Covehithe as it's only a 30-minute walk and is well worth a visit if you're looking for a peaceful, sandy spot. The space With such a short distance to the Suffolk Heritage Coast, Coachman's Cottage is ideal for groups of 4 adults looking for a relaxing break, filled with walks up and down the beaches and trips to visit popular attractions such as Minsmere Nature Reserve and Sutton Hoo. The cottage has been beautifully furnished with a cosy living room at the front benefitting from a fantastic wood burner, two comfortable sofas and a TV with an Amazon Firestick, making it an ideal space for a night in watching a movie, reading a book or playing a board game. There is a dining room with a table and chairs for 4 people, perfect for socialising and enjoying a meal together, that leads into the well-equipped kitchen with a back door out into the garden. The family bathroom is positioned beyond the kitchen with a shower bath, wash basin and WC. Upstairs there are two lovely bedrooms, one at the front of the property which is particularly spacious and benefits from a standard double bed, bedside tables, a dressing table and a storage cupboard. Across the landing is the second bedroom, which has a standard double bed, bedside tables and a chest of drawers. Please note, the property has a very steep staircase leading up to the two bedrooms, which may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Outside there is a rear patio with a garden table and chairs where you can enjoy an evening drink and meal during the summer months. Please note this property does have steep stairs.
