The rental includes Main House, Sunset/Guest Cabin, secret Treehouse, and private land larger than many towns. We are currently building a new event hall next to the main house. Although this will not affect use of the main house, views, etc. the construction area must be crossed to access the house. We have walkways in place to make this easier but wanted to make sure renters knew this would be in place for their stay. The nearby barn may occasionally be used by the owners to play music but will not affect use of the house, parking or cause any noise issues for renters.
