Cozy, quiet cottage, with 1 bedroom. Fully equipped in a workshop style with exposed beams. On the 1st floor of a small independent house (no rental downstairs), you will enjoy its wooden terrace, not overlooked south/west. Ideal for your leisure or business stays, for a weekend, a few days, or weeks... Located in the center of Breteil and halfway between the Breton capital (20 km), and the mythical Forest of Brocéliande (24 km). Train access 8 min walk The space Located in Breteil near Montfort-sur-Meu. The cottage is accessible by an external staircase that leads you directly to the terrace furnished with lounge, umbrella and deckchairs. Inside you will find a fully fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer, etc.), a lounge area with sofa, TV and Wi-Fi, etc. The bedroom is separated by a glass wall and consists of a 140 double bed (made on arrival), a desk and a bathroom open to the bedroom. Separate toilet. The apartment is equipped with electric roller shutters. If necessary, 1 mattress for 1 person and baby cot on request. All linens are provided (bath towels, hand towels, wash mittens, (1/person) double protection mattress and pillows, and sheets), hair dryer, iron + ironing board, as well as cleaning products, vacuum cleaner, and some basic food (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar, coffee, tea, rice, pasta...). there is no cleaning fee. Also, please leave the premises in a proper state of cleanliness upon your departure, clean the appliances after use, and remember to close the skylights. Pets are allowed. Depending on your arrival time, self-check-in is possible. Guest access The accommodation is accessible by a driveway and is on your right as you arrive. A staircase will lead you to the terrace where the front door is located. The accommodation is located - 3 min walk to shops: Bakery, tobacco/newsstand/Carrefour Express - "Take-out" pizzeria (they are good:)) - 3 km from Montfort-sur-Meu, a small town of character (shopping streets, restaurants...) - 2.5 km towards Montfort, you will find a shopping area with a Super'U, Lidl, Biocoop, DIY and gardening stores, a sports center: L'Orange Bleue, Darty, Districenter, - 6/8 minutes' walk from the train station (Rennes: 18 minutes - Montfort: 5 minutes). Tickets can be purchased online - 6 km from Pleumeuleuc (E-Leclerc - Foirfouille - Restaurants, a sports center: Basic Fit; etc...) - We are halfway between the Breton capital (20 km), and the mythical Brocéliande Forest (24 km). The sea or ocean are never far away (between 50 minutes and 1 hour 30 minutes drive depending on the destination). Saint-Malo, Cancale, Saint-Suliac (voted most beautiful village in France) Dinard, Erquy, Vannes, La Baule, Mont-Saint-Michel Bay, etc. But also lots of walks in the forest, or on the canals of the region, medieval fortresses, cities of art and history, cities of characters... In short, you'll have plenty of reasons to stop here... Other things to note - Pets are allowed provided they are guaranteed not to cause noise pollution and will be respectful of the accommodation. (1 pet only) - For the respect of the good neighborhood, Fiestas are not allowed. - Vaping is allowed in the house but cigarettes will be smoked outside. - We can provide a single mattress on the floor and a baby cot on request if needed. - Your bikes can be stored away. - Free parking across the street, possibility to unload your belongings at the foot of the stairs; motorcycles can park in the driveway. For children and pets, please note that there are no gates between the terrace and the stairs.
