The apartment is located in Saint-Sauveur neighborhood part of Quebec downtown. The part is closed to all touristic sites, New St-Roch, Old Quebec, Petit Champlain etc. The apart occupy the ground floor of the building, has a bedroom (queen bed), a living room with smart TV, hide bed sofa, bathroom with shower and bath, a large kitchen with all necessary equipment. In summertime, the backyard is accessible. Free parking is allowed in the street. The space Apart has a separate bedroom with a queen bed, sheets and blankets, plus a chest of drawers. In the living room there is a hide bed sofa ( 2 people can sleep) plus a 42 inch TV set with its ROKU device.The kitchen is totally equipped with a fridge, range, microwave, induction plate, Nespresso coffee machine and all necessary equipment to cook meals. Bathroom has a bath with a shower and towels are provided. In summertime you will find a terrasse and a BBQ stove in the backyard. Guest access Hosts have access to all the apartment and the private backyard. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed and the apartment and pets are not permitted.
