The space Our home is thoughtfully designed for comfort and enjoyment. The main floor features an open-concept layout with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 6, and an eat-at bar. The living room is perfect for unwinding with complimentary Netflix streaming. Three spacious bedrooms on the second floor offer king-sized beds and ample closet space, and the master bedroom includes a private bathroom. The property is pet-friendly, and the backyard oasis offers a grill, furniture, and gas firepit for outdoor gatherings. Guest access Guests will have privacy and access to the entire property, including the spacious backyard and laundry appliances. Two off-street parking spots and ample free street parking are available. The electronic locks allow for easy self-check-in at any time. For added convenience, a lockbox with physical keys are provided in case of lock battery issues. Other things to note To maximize your comfort, this home receives monthly interior and exterior preventative pest treatments by Orkin and quarterly HVAC inspections/servicing to ensure everything goes smoothly throughout your stay. Animals are allowed when added to the reservation in advance. Please understand that my cleaning team charges an additional cleaning fee due to the additional time needed to deep clean after animals so this cost will be passed on to guests.
