Description
At the edge of the Perche, former independent caretaker's house of a mill on the Eure in the quiet of a 4-hectare property, with no neighbors apart from the owner. The sound of the river, the birdsong, the old buildings, the boat, the vegetable garden, my dog and the sheep are there to relax you for a moment in the great outdoors. Very comfortable for 2 adults, the house can accommodate up to 5 people thanks to the extra single bed and the sofa bed in the living room. The space (I speak English if necessary) Any booking implies that you have read the listing IN FULL. Former caretaker's house, the "P'ti Moulin" is a house intended for people who are calm and respectful of animals, nature, buildings and materials. Not intended for student parties, here you will find the calm of the countryside that I maintain in a thoughtful way by promoting bio-diversity as much as possible, and reasoned mowing. Many wild animals and birds can be seen or heard on or around the estate! My little flock of Ouessant sheep will be in the park right in front of the windows of P'ti Moulin! A year of work 7 days a week by me was necessary to revive this pretty 65 m2 house on two levels, always promoting the conservation of the old or the use of beautiful materials. Here the decor has a story! All doors and windows are equipped with shutters or blinds for a perfect night's sleep! Large swimming areas in the river are available for all ages. Remember to bring water shoes! Fishermen are welcome! AVAILABLE: - a barbecue with charcoal and utensils provided - a boat - a trampoline - a swing for all ages - two or three bikes (to be specified in advance) - a ping pong table (on request for stays of 3 nights minimum) The P'ti Moulin's house rules are posted on site and will be sent to you upon booking. Any booking implies acceptance. It essentially consists of common sense! Please be mindful of the number of guests when booking. My young Australian Shepherd dog will be present, if you are afraid of dogs I can adapt but I can't leave her locked up all day! She loves everyone! I will be present on site during your stay, I will be quiet and respectful of your privacy. Within a 15-minute walk, you will find: - the associative café restaurant/village grocery store with local and organic products most often - a Proxi convenience store that also supplies bread (already provided in the house: salt, coarse salt, pepper, sugar cubes, herbs, olive oil, balsamic vinegar (all organic) 10 min drive: bakeries, pharmacy, butchers, supermarkets... Nearby, walks are possible from the house (by bike) in the Pontgouin forest which connects two castles. Also, within a short drive, the beautiful Senoches forest. If you have a sense of direction, I can recommend walks! A short walk to the Amma du Plessis center for those interested.
