Double Room in leafy Surbiton, 20 mins from London

In a spacious 4 bedroom townhouse with a large kitchen, 2 reception rooms, garden, & off-road parking, in a quiet residential area located close to Surbiton Station and Town Centre. Has great transport links, with regular well connected bus routes, trains to London Waterloo every 10 mins, and easy access to the A3. The space The room is cosy and has plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. It can accommodate 2 people for a short space of time (2-3 dsys) but is more suited for 1 person over a longer period. The house is a modern 4 bedroom/2 bathroom townhouse located on a quiet road on the outskirts of London. It has 1 reception rooms, conservatory, garden and fully fitted kitchen including oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, etc. Guest access Wi-Fi and TV access are available. There is also parking on the road after 6.30pm and on Sundays or behind my car but subject to availability. Tea and Coffee available all day During your stay The household is friendly, easy going and welcoming. Female guests are preferred especially for longer stays as we are a household of 3 females. Other things to note We are a household of young working professionals and would prefer not host students or male guests. Couples/2 guests are welcome for a short period of time (a few days) but the floor where the room is located has a shared bathroom with 2 people already using this. Therefore we'd decline bookings for people seeking a space for 2 people for a longer period. We are a vegetarian household and would appreciate if no meat is consumed in the house
