Whether you're here to sail, paddleboard or kitesurf or just out for an after breakfast walk with the dog, you'll find you're in prime position here. An equally short walk from the door to the centre of Rhosneigr brings you to some wonderful cafes, pubs and restaurants as well as surf shops and galleries. Inside, Glandwr is a carefully thought through "upside-down" holiday house. The living space is upstairs, making the most of the views out over the beach towards the waves beyond. A modern, well-equipped kitchen and island sit at one end of the space, with a dining area nearby. At the other end, you'll find a cosy seating area with sofa's around the wood-burning stove, perfect for winter evenings after bracing beach walks. Downstairs are three bedrooms - two doubles (one with an additional single bed) and a twin room. A family bathroom and a separate shower room complete the set. Outside, to the front of the house is an enclosed terrace area with space for seating and a sheltered evening BBQ or plenty of room to store watersports equipment if you prefer. Centrally located in Rhosneigr, there's no need to hop into the car for meals out whilst at Glandwr. Walk to The Surf Cafe for breakfast, grab lunch at Chaplin's Ice Cream and Coffee Bar or Mojo's, and head out for dinner at Sandy Mount House. A little further afield, The White Eagle at Rhoscolyn and The Oyster Catcher are also great places to eat out. The coastal path stretches out along the coast in both directions offering hours of beautiful walking. And the whole of the island of Anglesey is within easy reach with gardens, castles, historic sites, coastal towns and quiet rural villages to explore. Whatever reason you choose to stay at Glandwr, you'll find it to be a very special and relaxing place to be. One step down into the yard from the house. Bedrooms Located on the first floor, the living area is open plan. Kitchen with kitchen island, oven, under counter fridge with ice box, air fryer, microwave, food processor, Nespresso coffee machine and cafetière. Dining table for 7, sofas, an open fire ( starter fire wood and coal supplied), Smart TV and views out over the beach. Utility room Located on the ground floor. Separate under counter fridge and freezer. Washing machine, tumble dryer, pulley clothes airer, clothes rack, iron and ironing board. Bike storage for two bikes. Outdoors Enclosed hard standing area to the front of the cottage. Table and chairs for 7. Charcoal BBQ (fuel not provided). Boat storage or additional parking. Hosepipe for washing down sandy dogs.
