Camp built in 1935 to be enjoyed this summer by you. On beautiful Cobbosseecontee lake with grass frontage and private sandy beach. The space Sandy Private Beach, open grass area some of the best bass fishing anywhere. If you want to keep the entire family entertained this is the spot sunrise to sunset. It is within walking distance of a full service campground that welcomes visitors to their stores and weekend entertainment. The lake communities offer several events and tournaments. Three nearby golf courses. Islands and coves await your exploration. Augusta (State Capitol), a 20 min drive. LL Bean, 45 min drive. Boothbay Harbor Region, 1 hour drive. Acadia national park 130 miles Guest access Private beach directly in front of the camp! Boat docking is available for a fee of $25 per day or $100 for the week. The dock is a shoremaster floating dock and docking is the responsibility of boat owner. Host assumes no responsibility for boat and or equipment. Other things to note No smoking inside. No other over night guests. You will be required to sign a rental agreement. No cancelation 2 weeks prior to stay. 1/2 due at booking, remainder due 2 weeks prior to stay. No large parties or additional overnight guest other than what is indicated at booking time. There is a charge for additional day guests.
