Spacious Skagit River Front Home

Red River Retreat - This spacious 3,000 sqft home is the perfect get-away for large groups and families to explore the North Cascades or to just get away from the city. Located in Concrete, it’s about a 20-minute drive from the Marblemount ranger station. The home sits right next to the Skagit River so you can relax and enjoy the soothing sounds of the flowing water. The location is also prime for eagle-watching and fishing straight from the backyard! The space You’ll have the home all to yourself. This is a very large space with two living areas and a general play area with a ping pong table. There are three TVs, one in the main living room, the upstairs primary, and the upstairs living area. Each are 4K smart TVs that connect to streaming prescriptions/channels (please log-in to your own). There are three bedrooms each with a queen bed. Two of the queen bedrooms have a desk and a monitor with an HDMI cord to connect your laptop for those working from home. The other bedroom has two twin bunkbeds (sleeps 4). Also located downstairs is an office with another desk and monitor setup. The bathrooms come equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Feel free to use the washer/dryer with provided detergent. Out of the living room is a large private deck to enjoy the view of the river and the mountains. Also included is a grill and a fire pit. The kitchen is well stocked with basic kitchen essentials including pots and pans, plates, cups, silverware, baking supplies, hand-held mixer. Also included is a rice maker, coffee maker, and coffee. Guest access The house is locked by code which will be given to you prior to arrival. You have access to the whole house and the backyard all the way to the river. There is lots of space for parking. You can also walk 20 minutes to Cape Horn's private park. Other things to note The house is on a retaining wall. Please be EXTREMELY careful near it and do not let children outside unattended.
