Long term guests have full access to the kitchen. Washer and dryer available for long term guests. I'm a world traveler and love to meet and visit with guests. Great neighborhood for walking. Several parks nearby. Grocery store, produce and wine shop, gourmet pizza, teriyaki restaurant and Subway all within walking distance. Capitol is 1 mile from house. Transit to train station and downtown within walking distance. Public transit is three blocks away. At this time, I cannot accept unvaccinated individuals.
