One bed is memory foam, the other is conventional box spring. Choice of soft or firm pillow adorn either bed. Each bedroom features a TV that is Roku equipped for any streaming services you may have. High speed internet is available on all WiFi enabled devices with 1 ethernet available at the provided desk. Kitchen is complete with pots, pans, plates, glasses, and more as well as common seasonings. Bathroom includes starter toiletries and a compact, glass shower. Guest access Guests will have access to the 1st floor (downstairs of split-level style home), 2 bedroom/1 bath rental unit. There is a private garage and closet off the unit which will be inaccessible. Other things to note Guest limits: There is a strict guest limit on all bookings equal to your reservation. If your reservation states 2 total guests, there may only be 2 guests. Having additional persons on the property may result in removal without refund. No parties, gatherings, or unapproved guests. There are no sublets of transfers of your reservation. Other Tenants: The house is a split-level style. Please take a note that this first-floor apartment (downstairs) is part of bigger house and there is an occupied apartment on the second floor (upstairs). You may hear other people being present in the same building. We are respectful of your stay and experience. Water notes: We have well water on the property, which goes through advanced treatment for safe usage. Water in our area is full of minerals so sometimes (extremely rare) it might smell like a bit of sulfur. It is always safe to bathe, cook, and drink with. Heights of the table note: The kitchen table is pub height. If you have any issues with the raised seating, please take a note.
