With its centuries-old pine trees, hidden in the greenery, the suite is a 2-minute walk from Eyrac beach and 5 minutes from Arcachon city center: its restaurants, shops, entertainment, enjoy your vacation without a car... or traffic! The space With an area of 90 m², the suite can accommodate up to 4 people or 5 with a small child and a baby cot The swimming pool is 12 m by 5 m, heated (between 25 and 28 depending on the weather) with its small pool and two adjoining terraces, facing south. Please note, this pool is barrier-free, there is a roller shutter and, if you ask, a bracelet with alarm for a child. The suite is on the ground floor, overlooking a paved courtyard, overlooking the park and pool. It has undergone a complete renovation, fully air-conditioned. This suite offers a fully equipped kitchen: a dishwasher, a small fridge, with stove and range hood, a large table, a sofa. Adjacent to the kitchen, a shower and toilet, as well as a washing machine (and dryer too). The bathroom is accessible from both bedrooms, independently without going through the bedrooms. A bedroom with a 180 by 200 double bed and a small desk. A second large bedroom, with either a king size bed of 200/200, which can be configured into two separate beds of 100 cm by 200 cm and adjoining this space, a second sofa, a coffee table, a TV with DVD player. A garden table for six people adjoining on the cobblestones, an outdoor living room for 6, a plancha, a ping pong table if you wish, a trampoline in the park (large and protected), a car port to house a car, (the access driveway will allow you to park other vehicles without worries), deckchairs. Practical information: all the water in the house is filtered. Housekeeping: sheets, quality towels, bath mats, dish towels, are provided, and the beds will be made upon your arrival, mandatory (Covid and practicality) for 15 euro/person/stay.
