Grace Cottage - Your Home Away From Home!

This home is a single wide manufactured home with an addition of a third bedroom, den, and an enclosed front porch in a quiet neighborhood of family homes. It has been completely remodeled in the last three years. It also has an 8x10 front deck and a 12x16 back deck. There is also a screened in 12x16 outdoor room in the backyard, a park style double grill, and a detached game room. Additional amenities includes children and adult books, board games, toys, 3 video game consoles, and Wi-Fi. The space Renters must be over 22 years of age to reserve our property. No large groups and no parties! Grace Cottage is a very relaxing and peaceful retreat for a families and small groups. There are televisions in each of the three bedrooms, the living room, and in the den so that everyone can watch their favorite shows. A variety of DVDs for children and adults will help your family wind down by watching movies after a busy day of sightseeing or spent at the beach. The kids will enjoy playing video games on the Wii console; playing board games, and young girls will enjoy the huge Barbie dollhouse in the third bedroom. There is a spacious enclosed front porch with comfortable seating, or you can catch the evening breeze on the back deck. Families will enjoy grilling in the backyard using the park style double grill and eating their meals in the 12x16 detached screened outdoor room, complete with two ceiling fans, a full size refrigerator to keep their food/ drinks cool and three electric outlets to charge electronic devices. Our outdoor room has comfortable lounge chairs to relax and an area to dine or play games. Adjacent to the outdoor room is our brand new detached 360 sq. ft. game room with two full size arcade basketball games, and kid sized pool table, air hockey, shuffleboard, and foosball games. Wall mounted games include darts, Hookey, checkers, and giant-sized Connect 4 and TicTac Toe. Guests will also enjoy playing a huge variety of video games on our Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii, Pandora’s box with 26,000 games and our wall mounted Arcade1Up-PAC MAN 10-game console. We also have a full-sized Multi-Cade 60 Classic Arcade game machine. Our game room motto is “Welcome to our Game Room! Open daily-No Cheating, No Fighting, No Whining, No Crying!” Guest access Guests have access to the entire home with includes the front porch; front and back decks; the backyard with the barbecue grill; outdoor lounge; and game room. Guests can park two cars in front of the home and a third in back. Guest should not park in the shared driveway. Access to the driveway is needed by two other homes. Other things to note Annual South Carolina State Park Pass- See pictures of Hunting Island State Park at Beaufort-sc.com Guests will be able to enjoy the use of an annual Hunting Island State Park Pass. The cost of the pass is $99.00. Guests need to take care when using the pass for the park and to make sure it is placed back in its designated envelope/folder on wall shelf in the dining room area of Grace Cottage. If the state park pass is not returned, for any reason, the guest will be charged $99.00. This is the cost of a replacement pass for future guests to use in order access and enjoy to the Hunting Island State Park.
