The space We have taken great care in curating a warm, luxurious space with everything you need to be comfortable. Just bring your groceries and drinks and you’ll be ready to enjoy the beach, ocean vistas and breezes. Located on the 11th floor of a 16 story building, you will have unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean, Ponce Inlet, the light house, and beyond to New Smyrna beach. If you are fortunate to be staying during a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral, you will be able to see and hear the launch (50 miles south) from the balcony. Guest access Entire condo unit is available to you. There are common amenities that are included. Pool, exercise room, hot tub, & outdoor grills. Other things to note Our community has a 14 night minimum stay, which creates an atmosphere of being home at the beach. This avoids the hotel/motel feel and promotes a wonderful family experience.
