The first 9 floors consist commercial offices used only during working hours Mon-Fri. The top floors 10-14 accommodate 8 private apartments. Access is through the private ground floor entrance where there is a building concierge during working hours. Guests can give each other access via the intercom system within the apartment itself. Booked guests can only gain access to the apartment using a temporary lift and apartment door code provided on their day of arrival. Other things to note Located in the same building where the famous golfer Rory McIlroy once owned an apartment. The famous Merchant Hotel and Grand Central Hotel are within walking distance.
