We rent our home for the holidays, quiet in the historic city of Loudun. Amenities within walking distance (shops, market, cinema, media library, swimming pool, exhibitions, etc.) Close to a golf course, Center Parc, Futuroscope, Loire Valley Castles, Fontevraud Abbey and many other places of tourist interest. An electric piano and small gym are available. Fenced and wooded plot of 1500 m2 not overlooked. Note: SHEETS AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED The space Swing, barbecue, plancha, outdoor games, sun loungers, garden furniture, possibility to park several vehicles in the yard. PLEASE NOTE: no possibility of charging electric vehicle battery on site (electric meter too low risk of fire). Charging stations nearby. Electric gate with remote control at your disposal. On the TV you'll have access to Netflix to watch all your favorite movies and series. You can also connect laptops, tablets or computers directly or with a Bluetooth box available on site with an amplifier that will allow you to listen to all your music. There is also Wi-Fi. Guest access Accommodation and entire garden, parking for several vehicles inside the closed property. Other things to note SHEETS AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED! There are duvets, mattress covers and pillows for each bed. Careful cleaning must be done by guests before they leave so that the next guests find the house in impeccable condition. A cleaning option by a housekeeper may be offered.
