Due to unforseen circumstances the Florida Vacation Home may become available after April 15, 2026. Please inquire if you're thinking about coming down to the house! Sun and fun in Florida's most famous area of attractions DISNEY! And UNIVERSAL STUDIOS! And more! Walt Disney World is 13 miles away! The space Recently repainted and updated throughout . Very spacious 1900 sf with 2 living rooms with big screen TVs, great space for multiple families Full use of your own pool, includes pool heat! BBQ propane grill! Please fill the tank yourself as needed. Travel crib, toddler cots for you to use as well as a booster seat chair for the kitchen table. Guest access You have full access to this pool home as well as the community facilities. there is a kids playground nearby and a pond to feed the turtles. Walmart sells turtle food. I have yet to see these turtles everyone else has seen!! THERE HAVE BEEN ALLIGATOR CITINGS IN THE POND AND IT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED. PLEASE KEEP YOURSELVES, LITTLE ONES AND PETS AWAY FROM THE POND. You are in Florida, you need to assume every body of water has alligators in it ;) Other things to note You will find the house open and spacious and quiet which is a nice end to your day from the busy attractions visited. Please insure you respect the space as you'd like your space respected. Please let me know of any damages you or your group may have cause so we can come to a timely resolution. I understand things happen! The pool alarm is always set to ON. If you're confident you're not needing the pool alarm for safety you can switch it off.
