Guests have access to the entire home including using the washer and dryer. Long-term guests, staying a month or more, can arrange access to the club pool, exercise room, and 9 hole par 3 course without charge. The site is close to the major commercial area of Brownsville, but at the same time is surrounded by nature. From the front yard you can see a number of species of birds only seen in the lower-Rio Grande Valley of Texas. At the Office you can arrange to golf on the course. Our house is centrally located, yet in the middle of quiet and peaceful golf course. We have plenty of parking for two vehicles in our driveway. Driving to the mall, the beach, or restaurants is quick and easy. This house is our home when we are in Texas. You will find it especially comfortable with top-notch appliances, bedding, and furniture. We have traveled the world and our decor reflects the many places we have been.
