It may also use all the furniture that is provided within the rented space. Amenities such as the play ground and the outdoor area is free to use. However, the swimming pool and the parking have extra paid fees. Other things to note POLICIES / HOUSE RULES: 1. Guests are required to follow the maximum capacity of the condo unit. 2. Smoking is not allowed 3. Amplified sound which causes nuisance to neighbor’s is prohibited. 4. SMDC does not allow laundries to be hanged in the Terrace 5. Guest/s are requested to keep the unit clean 6. Residences does not allow pets in its complex, therefore, no pets are allowed in the unit even for visits. 7. Use of illegal drugs by guest/s or drinking of alcoholic beverages by anyone under the age of 21 in or on the property or any activity in this unit that results in the security/police being called to the premise may be grounds for immediate eviction without refund. 8.
