The space The apartment is located in the family holiday home, on the first floor but with direct access from the garden (which is spread over several levels), and has a beautiful balcony overlooking the Brenta Dolomites. The apartment, facing south-west, consists of a living area (kitchen/living room) with entrance from the garden and access to the balcony, 2 rooms (one of which is a double), bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with an electric induction hob (pots and pans available), microwave, fridge/freezer, and sink. The double room has a wardrobe and has access to the balcony (cot available on request, but without linen supply); the second room has a wardrobe, bunk bed and single bed. The living room has a table for 6 people, sofa, digital terrestrial TV and satellite decoder (SAT Astra and HotBird). The bathroom, with sink, bathtub/shower and bidet, is equipped with a washing machine. The garden, which surrounds the entire house, is spread over several levels connected to each other with stairs and external ramps starting from the common parking lot on the ground floor, and is equipped with a table available to guests of the house (located in the garden in front of the balcony). The house has an outdoor car park and a "Bike Zone" bicycle storage area in the common garage of the house, with tools available for minor maintenance. Heating costs are not included in the displayed rate: the cost of this service depends on the actual consumption made by the guest. Guest access In addition to the apartment, guests will have access to the outdoor parking lot, the garden, and the "Bike Zone" bicycle storage area in the house's shared garage. NB: Due to the appropriate distancing due to COVID, we have added a new table in the garden in front of the house, so that guests (3 apartments) can have the opportunity to take advantage of their own outdoor table more easily: we therefore ask that guests of the "Val di Non Bike and Trakking" apartment preferably use the table located in the lower garden, on the ground floor (parking level), in front of the balcony. Other things to note To combat Coronavirus (COVID-19), we take extra safety and hygiene measures using specific cleaning products and spacing the change between guests about 48 hours apart. From 5/1/2020, you must pay the tourist tax, which amounts to €1/night per person, up to a maximum of 10 nights, to be paid upon your arrival. Children under the age of 14 are excluded from the payment of this tax. Heating costs are not included in the displayed rate: the cost of this service, if used, depends on the actual consumption made by the guest. Please smoke only in the outdoor spaces (e.g. balcony) of the apartment; smoking is prohibited in the rooms. The apartment is delivered clean, complete with towels and sheets/blankets (depending on the number of people present), excluding those for the possible crib. There is no cleaning during your stay and no replacement of linen/towels, unless special arrangements are made. You will be responsible for cleaning the premises during and at the end of your stay. The WiFi internet connection is limited to 2.5GB/week. Proper use of the WiFi connection to the internet is recommended.
