Located in a residential area, the house is functional and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay for families or groups of friends. You will enjoy the large garden and the well exposed terrace ideal for resting after a day in the large bay. The house is located 600 m from the train station where the bus to Mont Saint Michel is located, as well as many local shops. Carrefour Market, Lidl, are within 5 minutes by car. The space 🏡 Welcome to our comfortable home, located minutes from Mont-Saint-Michel, in a peaceful area ideal for unwinding. 🛏️ It includes 2 bedrooms: • one with a double bed + a single bed • one with a bunk bed that can accommodate up to 3 people 🛋️ A sofa bed in the living room allows for additional sleeping, separated by curtains for more privacy. 🍽️ The kitchen is fully equipped for your meals: complete dishes, tea towels, classic coffee maker, microwave, oven, refrigerator... you will find everything you need to cook as if you were at home! 🌞 Outside, enjoy a large, well-exposed terrace with a dining table, garden furniture and a blind for sunny days. 🌿 The garden, with its deckchair, is perfect for relaxing after a day of walking. 🧼 Towels and shower gels are provided — all you have to do is put your bags down! 💬 We remain available throughout your stay to meet your needs. Guest access The key is handed over on site or left available in the secure lockbox for more autonomy and flexibility with schedules. You will have the opportunity to park your vehicle in front of the garage of the house or the gate. Several parking spaces are also available on our street. Other things to note 🔑 Self check-in & key handover The lockbox code is communicated on the day of your arrival, at the official check-in time. 🕑 Last-minute bookings For security reasons, no keys are left on site when no booking is scheduled. Our teams systematically remove the key after cleaning if the accommodation is not immediately re-rented. 👉 In case of last minute booking, a member of our team (or our concierge) will come to give you the key.
