Friendly townhouse

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The space I offer my accommodation, which is located in the heart of Saint Avé, close to all shops (small supermarket, restaurant, snack bar, bus, pharmacy) The Gulf of Morbihan is a 10-minute drive away, the ocean is 25 minutes away. You can visit Vannes and its ramparts 5 minutes from the accommodation. We have 1 pet (cat) that is self-contained thanks to the cat flap ☺️ Guest access At the entrance is a box with a code for the key, the code will be given to guests at the time of booking Other things to note A €10 deposit is required in person upon arrival, €5 for cleaning and €5 for electricity. If the cleaning is done, the €5 will be returned.
