Private parking in the residence. The space The apartment is best suited for up to 4 people. It is fully furnished. No shared rooms! In the studio you can find: Electrical Appliances - washing machine, fridge with freezer, multifunction gas cooker with oven, Smart TV, kettle, toaster, A/C (hot & cold), 24h electric and gas water heater. The apartment is equipped with - bath towels, bed linen, hand towels, dining table with 2 chairs and a sofa-bed. Guest access The apartment is situated on ground level. - All spaces are available for our guests. NO shared rooms. - Self check-in via Key Lock Box (code will be given in a message prior to your arrival) - Check-in time is any time after 15:00 pm (although, you can communicate with us prior your arrival day, in case you arrive earlier, and we will check the possibility of accommodated you earlier without any charge). - Check out time is at 11:00. Upon availability you can expand your check out time with a small charge (up to 3 hours 10€/per hour, 3-6hours 15€/per hour) - A message with directions and a map will be sent so you can find the apartment easy without any trouble and time lost!! Other things to note - U.K plugs - adapters are not offered - No cable channels *smart TV - As part of ¨E.C. Studios¨ - hospitality provide a toilet paper, a shower gel and a shampoo. - Meals are not offered. - Breakfast/Brunch/Lunch/Dinner if not prepared at the apartment can be available at several coffee shops in close distance from the apartment (5 minute walk) - Cleaning during stay on request for 15€. - Electricity and water consumption is included in the price, but please be sensible and avoid unnecessary use, in order to be able to keep our low rental prices.
