Fully renovated house with a capacity of 4 people for an area of 85 m2, it includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen with adjoining dining room, 1 living room. You will have a large, unfenced wooded lot around the house. This gîte ensures comfort, ideal for a relaxing vacation in a green setting. Relax in this quiet and stylish accommodation. Despite all the comfort of this house, it is unfortunately not suitable for small children. The space Ground floor The living room with its pellet stove will invite you to rest on a large sofa with its library corner, flat screen TV and WIFI. A small closet is available to put your going-out clothes and shoes. The dining room is the place of conviviality around a large rectangular table with a cupboard where everything necessary for setting a beautiful table is stored. A fixed bay window will allow you to have a living picture of the outdoor nature. In the morning, for early risers, this room is bathed by the rising sun! An industrial partition will allow you to have a view of a modern kitchen offering all amenities with a glass door that leads directly to the garden. A small laundry room with toilet is conveniently located right next door. Second floor A master bedroom for 2 people, facing south, will bring you a well-deserved rest after long walks. A wardrobe closet is available as well as a high dresser. A bedroom composed of two beds with personalized and individualized light, will give you the feeling of being well. A large dresser and a coffee table with two small benches complete the set. A Velux and a window will give this room a pleasant light. A modern bathroom with sink, toilet and walk-in shower is at your disposal. Sheets are provided as well as towels and washcloths. Essentials such as shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper are also provided. Guest access The ground floor consists of a living room, a dining area with a fitted kitchen separated by an industrial partition and a toilet, upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The whole is surrounded by a garden with trees on 3 sides. Despite all the care we have taken in the design of our house, it is not suitable for children under 5 years of age. We're sorry about that. Our house is located in the heart of a peaceful village, we want to preserve the tranquility of our close neighbors, parties after 10:30 p.m. are not allowed. Other things to note We provide you with documentation about our beautiful department as well as for the library section of magazines, children's books as well as novels for those who like to read and rest in sun loungers. Essential cleaning products are provided such as dishwashing liquid, liquid soap, sponge and laundry detergent. For the kitchen area, coffee with its filters, sugar cubes, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar and mustard are also provided. Refreshing drinks will be available upon check-in.
