McLaurin Manna The space McLaurin Manna is a beautifully decorated and fun beach cottage offering spectacular panoramic views of the Intracoastal Waterway. Perfectly positioned right on the water, this charming retreat provides a relaxing coastal atmosphere where guests can unwind and enjoy watching yachts cruise by from the expansive wraparound porches. The home features two master suites and TVs in all bedrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy for everyone. The spacious living area showcases stunning waterway views, while the second-floor porches offer an even more breathtaking vantage point—ideal for morning coffee or sunset relaxation. Outdoor amenities include a private pier and floating dock, making this home perfect for boating, fishing, or simply enjoying life on the water. Despite its tranquil setting, the beach is just a short three-minute walk away with convenient access located between 205 & 207 OBW. Additional features include Wi-Fi throughout the home and comfortable, thoughtfully designed living spaces that make this cottage feel like a true home away from home. Bed linens (beds in bedrooms only) are provided for weekly rentals only. Towels are not provided but may be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts. Guest access We know you are getting excited and want to make sure you know where and when to check in.  The Coastal Vacation Resorts office is located at 131 Ocean Boulevard West on the ocean front near the bridge that brings you across the intracoastal waterway.  Turn right at the stop sign after crossing the bridge and you will see our office immediately on your left.  Check-in starts at 3:00 PM unless you elected and paid for early arrival beginning at 1:00 PM. If your home is a keyless entry home your code will be emailed to you in a separate email. Your code will be active at 3 pm unless you have an early arrival. Your check in and out instructions will be left on the kitchen counter of the home. If you will not be arriving before 5:00 PM, your check-in packet and keys will be in the cabinet in the sunroom located on the east side of our building. Other things to note Please remember to roll your trash cans (regular & recycling) all the way out to the curb the night on Monday night and Before check-out.  Trash collection begins very early in the morning and it is extremely important that all trash be collected on schedule.  If your trash cans are stored in stands near the street, they must still be rolled out of the stands and placed at the curb.  Let us know if you have questions and thanks very much for your assistance.  Have a safe trip home and come back soon!
