The space Our apartment is a comfortable 45 m2 two-room apartment, designed to accommodate up to 6 guests. The interior design is clear, bright, and centered around the ocean view. Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), it is located within the Résidence Le Solaris, directly on the waterfront. Living room: An open and friendly space including a seating area (sofa bed for 2 people), a dining room (table for 4) and a kitchenette. Kitchenette: Compact but fully equipped with 3-burner electric hob (Highone), oven (Arthur Martin), microwave (Brandt), fridge/freezer (Valberg), kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. Loggia / Closed terrace (Private): The real asset! This additional living room, fully glazed, is arranged as a relaxing lounge facing the ocean. A sofa allows you to read or take a nap with a panoramic view of the Atlantic. Bedroom 1 - Sea Side: A closed double bedroom. It is equipped with a double bed (140×190 cm) and a large storage closet. Bedroom 2 - Mezzanine: An open space on the entrance with lots of charm thanks to its large skylight. It is equipped with two single beds (90 × 190 cm). This space under the roofs is ideal for children or friends. Bathroom: One full bathroom, with a bathtub to relax after the beach, a hairdryer and a towel dryer. Included amenities: Comfort: Wi-Fi, standard TV with cable subscription, radiant heating, linens provided (sheets, towels, etc.). Outside: A free and private parking space (No. 37) is available in the driveway of the residence. The Neighborhood and Activities: The accommodation is very well located in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez, a family and dynamic seaside resort in Vendée. The Esplanade de la Mer neighborhood is quiet, ideal for relaxing, while being close to local shops and restaurants. Here are 3 must-do activities: Beaches and Water Sports: The beach is only a few hundred meters away, perfect for swimming and surfing, sailing or stand-up paddleboarding.
