The House the Next Door

The House Nexr Door has the space for the entire family to stay, if coming to Faribault for an event or just want to have a family gathering we can help with providing a comfortable setting. Family reunion, bridal party or graduation, the House can be a central place to gather. There is everything you need to prepare a meal for the entire family and fine china to serve it on if your having a special meal. There is a pack and play for the littlest of our guest to sleep in/ high chair available. The House has a large backyard for games or picnics on the back patio. The gas grill is available for grilling all year round, just brush of the Minnesota snow! Warm weather offers a bike trail 2 blocks away and several area parks, the largest is Alexander Park with a pool/water park. Faribault is home to Faribo Woolen Mills, Cheese Cave, Shattuck St. Mary School, Minnesota State Academy for the Deaf, Riverbend Nature Center and Paradise Center for the Arts. Faribault is on Interstate 35 approx 45 miles south of Minneapolis and approximately 45 miles from Rochester MN. Guest access The House has a basement apartment that the owners live in at times throughout the year, this is separate from the rest of the house. If you do not like the idea of the owners being on the premises, this may not be a good fit.
