The Oasis

Welcome to Boca Ciega Oasis! The "Oasis" suite 409 has been totally remodeled in January 2022. This includes a new queen sofa couch in LR, new refrigerator, stove, washer/dryer, and balcony tables and chairs. The 4th-floor view is the best but 409 is also centered beautifully to take in the expansive Boca Ciega Bay! Directly below the balcony is the swimming pool, Hot tub, and observation pier! The marina is to your left. See all while sitting in our bar height chairs and tables. The space Relax watching the sunrise, sunset, and many times dolphins and manatees come in close for dinner! You are literally half a mile from everything! Whether it's restaurants, Target, Walmart, Best Buy, It’s all there on Tyrone Blvd. The beach is just a hop skip away "Maderia beach" and less than 3 miles. Sometimes a more peaceful less commercial beach like Sunset beach is just minutes away too. Also Treasure Island. Hit the beach and then come back to the bay to relax. Suite 409 is super clean. The bed is a King size pillow-top super comfortable high-end mattress. We love pets but not here. No pets allowed means no smell, no hair, and no mess. No smoking inside the unit means that the walls and fabric of the furniture are clean. No smoking of any kind is allowed inside or on the balcony. There is a smoking area outside on the parking lot level and also at the elevators on the 4th floor. For entertainment, there are two brand new smart TV’s in both bedroom and Living room. High-speed internet (100mpbs) means surfing the internet is as good as it gets. Play station 4 and a few games for you to enjoy. Bring your own games but please leave ours there for the next guest. Two controllers are provided. Enjoy Netflix, Disney Plus, youtube. A full kitchen means you can save money while eating well. Look at the pictures and you will see that Boca Ciega Oasis (suite 409) is the best suite that has the newest furniture, clean environment, and gorgeous views of the bay. Remember we are in the center on the top floor. To the far left side of the building, those units have the full sun coming on you almost every hour of the day. Most of those units have an umbrella for you to keep blocking the full sun. Our condo is shaded being in the center until the afternoon and then the sun goes down for perfect sunsets. The far-right side of the building has some units literally facing the traffic and you have to look left for the bay. It's a lot noisier there. Both sides of the building sometimes charge less than ours. You get what you pay for. We call our Boca Ciega suite the “Oasis” because we have the best view centered in the building and the cleanest suite with the latest in digital entertainment.
