Relax and enjoy your special holiday in this bright and cheerful home near to the beach and sea, in the lovely village of Heacham. Clean, cosy and warm, this modern cottage is situated within a 3 minute walk from a Supermarket or 2 minute drive to the beach. The bus stop is 50 yards away, and you can get round the coast, or into the town of Kings Lynn very easily and join the network rail system. Walking distance to pubs/hotel nearby or Heacham Lavender fields and many activities. The space 2 bedroom cottage, conservatory and garden space - fully enclosed and the house has free off road parking. The front bedroom has a Kingsize divan bed with chairs and cupboard space and the rear bedroom has twin single beds. 3ft divan beds. All beds have allergy free duvets.the kitchen is a good size and well equipped and the the sitting room is a good space also with a large TV and WiFi. Pets are not allowed in the property but the owner does have a dog - so cannot guarantee total animal free allergens. Also the next door neighbour has a cat which may wander into our garden. Just to be aware in case any of you have allergies to animal hair. Please note in respect of insurance and fire safety, that only the number of guests from the booking are allowed. We do have interconnected smoke alarms in all areas and fire doors which we encourage you to keep closed in case of fire. Smoking is not allowed inside. Doors leading outside have thumb locks so you can get out easily without keys, for your safety incase of emergencies. Full fire instructions and risk assessment are in the information pack. Guest access Guests can access all areas of the house and use the parking in front of the garage. There is a small cottage garden behind and a warm conservatory with tables and chairs and in the garden also. So plenty of room for you to relax and unwind privately or all together. Or you could use one of the tables as office space if you need to. There is a digi box by the front door with a keycode for access to the keys and for you to feel autonomous. You will have a home away from home. There are stairs up to the first floor, but no lift if you have mobility issues. Downstairs is almost all on one level. Other things to note The house is semi detached and your neighbours would appreciate visitors preserving the quiet nature of the close for the other 4 homes within the close and using your designated parking spot too in front of the Brown garage door next to your house.
