Outside is equipped with a outdoor fire pit and we are 9 miles from the Venture River water part in Eddyville KY and 10 miles to the nearest boat ramp…...Lake Barkley!! Several lakeside dining spots and antique mall nearby with several shops in the town of Princeton. Princeton also has a exceptional golf course just next door!!!
