Dream cottage in Gaperhult - Perfect for an idyllic holiday! Welcome to our charming cottage in Gaperhult, located on beautiful Värmlandsnäs, only a 30-minute drive south of Säffle. Here you will find a peaceful oasis surrounded by lush nature, perfect for those who want peace and privacy. The space An idyllic location! The cabin is located in a quiet and peaceful area, well shielded from traffic and noise. The property is on a 3-acre plot with good space to play. Here you can enjoy a fantastic atmosphere with lush trees, shrubs and grass. Fruit trees and berry bushes allow you to pick fresh fruits straight from the garden, while bird chirping and deer visits give you a real feeling of nature. Activities and relaxation The plot offers plenty of space for play, sports activities, ball games, sunbathing and social gatherings. Only a 10-minute walk away you will find a cozy swimming area by the large lake Vänern. If you want a larger beach, you can drive to Gaperhult harbor in just 5 minutes. Here you will find a long sandy beach that is perfect for children. In the evening, you can cozy up around the fire pit, either to grill food or just enjoy the warm glow under the starry sky. For extra relaxation, outdoor furniture is available, including chairs and dining tables, as well as a hammock for lazy days in the sun. The children will also love to set up tents in the garden to experience adventurous overnight stays outdoors. Comfortable and well-equipped house The cabin is of a good standard and has what you need for a comfortable vacation: Running water and electricity (not drinking water) Wi-Fi Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove and microwave A bathroom with toilet and shower. Heat pump and wood stove with plenty of wood The rooms in the cabin: Bathroom: Simple standard with toilet, shower, washing machine and dryer. Kitchen: Spacious with plenty of storage space. Equipped with a large fridge and freezer, stove, microwave and coffee press. Small dining table overlooking the garden. Master bedroom: Large with a 160 cm wide double bed and good wardrobe space. Living room: Cozy with garden views. Sofa with chaise longue that can be converted into an extra double bed, two armchairs and a wood stove that warms well on cool days. Winter garden: Large dining table with space for 6-8 people, large windows facing the garden and patio heater. Bedroom 2: Three single beds, partially connected to the living room but can be separated by a sliding door. The room is bright and spacious with a wardrobe. Guest house In the garden you will also find a cozy little guest house with an extra bed, perfect for guests or family members who want a little extra privacy. Practical facilities At the back of the house there is a spacious storage room for bicycles and other equipment. The plot has ample parking space for several cars. The surrounding area It only takes 30 minutes to drive to Säffle city center where you will find everything you need of shops and services. A cozy grocery store, Botilsäter livs, is a 15-minute drive away. Feel free to visit the restaurant at Ekenäs for a tasteful experience. Karlstad is just over an hour's drive away, and Gothenburg can be reached by train from Säffle or by car in about three hours.
