Apartment with a dream view, GOLF & PADEL

Our luxury apartment is located on a private golf complex surrounded by tropical gardens, 10 minutes from the beautiful beaches of the Costa del Sol. From the terrace, we have a magnificent view of mountains and sea. From our garden, you can walk to the lovely swimming pool. The sports facilities: golf, paddle tennis, tennis, pentaque, gym & wellness are also included, as well as Padel rackets, Golf clubs On the premises is a delicious restaurant (TripAdvisor 4.5*) The bustling Marbella with Port Banus is 18 minutes away by car. The space The attractively furnished spacious living room has a marble floor and sliding doors with access to a large terrace with an unforgettable view of the sea and the mountains with the sparkling lights of the picturesque Pueblo Blanco Mijas. On a clear day, the view is of the beautiful coastline from Fuengirola to the Rock of Gibraltar. In the evening, the lamps of Morocco can even be seen across the sea. On the terrace, there is a large dining table with 6 chairs and a cozy rattan lounge set with a 2-person sofa and 2 armchairs to read a book on warm days. The terrace with a lot of privacy is located on our tropical garden by a large swimming pool. (1 of the 6 swimming pools here) In front of the house are 2 sunbeds, 2 loungers, a cozy bench to enjoy the beautiful, always fascinating distant views of the surrounding UNESCO nature reserve. The 2 spacious bedrooms (the bed in the master bedroom is 1.60 x 2.00) both have a luxurious bathroom with bathtub. In one bathroom, there is a bidet. In the other bathroom, there is a separate shower. Shampoo, cream rinse, shower gel and body lotion are available in the bathrooms. There is also 1 hair dryer. Young parents with a baby or toddler have also been thought of. In the apartment, there is a folding baby/toddler bed, a baby/toddler high chair and baby/toddler plate with spoon. The beds are made up with bed linen. Of course, towels and 4 beach towels are included. In the kitchen, there are kitchen towels, tea towels and dishcloths. The spacious kitchen is equipped with built-in appliances: dishwasher, American fridge/freezer combination, microwave and combi oven. A hand blender, an electric fruit press and blender are also provided. In the cupboards, there is plenty of crockery and pans to prepare delicious meals. Everything in the cupboards (herbs, espresso cups, tea and even wine) may be used (We do ask you to replenish the espresso cups, tea and wine) In the laundry room, there is a washing machine, dryer and ironing board with iron. In our comfortable apartment, only non-smoking guests are welcome! . Throughout the house is a huge amount of closet space, air conditioning and electric blinds. If this apartment is not available. We also rent another beautiful apartment in El Soto de Marbella. You get off the elevator next to the apartment. For guests with mobility problems, this is ideal. You can also park your car for free on the street. Access to the main entrance of the community is provided via a gate (with key). Our guests are allowed to use ALL sports facilities that the urbanization El Soto de Marbella offers the residents. (These sports facilities are FREE for our guests. In our apartment, golf clubs, paddle rackets & jeu de boules set are available.) Our apartment is a few meters from the largest swimming pool and on the golf course. There are 6 swimming pools on the premises, there is also tennis, paddle tennis, pickleball and jeu de boules courts, table tennis, wellness (due to renovation in 2025, the wellness may be closed) and a gym. The excellent restaurant (closed on Mondays and Tuesdays) is 5 minutes away. walking distance from the apartment. In the restaurant, outside the high season, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. In high season, the restaurant is also open on Mondays and Tuesdays for breakfast and lunch. Activities are regularly organized in which our guests are warmly welcome. Yoga & Pilates classes are also taught by a community member, she is a teacher. A fee is charged for this activity. Other things to note The use of all sports facilities is FREE. Due to a renovation planned in 2025, the Wellness may be closed. El Soto de Marbella is located in a beautiful nature reserve, La Mairena, declared by Unesco, a 2-hour drive from the famous Sierra Nevada where you can ski until spring. Seville, Cordoba and the beautiful Alhambra can also be reached within 2 hours. Don't forget to order tickets for the Caminito del Rey, this spectacular hike was once the most dangerous hiking trail in the world and is more than an hour's drive from our apartment. Because only a limited number of visitors are allowed access per day, the tickets are sold out quickly and booking months in advance is recommended. Another nice TIP from our Madrid neighbor: there is a very fast train between Malaga and Madrid. The beautiful capital of Spain can therefore be reached in about 2 1/2 hours! Malaga Airport is 40 minutes away. from El soto de Marbella. In Elvira, a 10-minute drive from the apartment, you will find supermarkets, a clinic, nice restaurants and cozy terraces. In 2023, a small supermarket in La Mairena, 2 km from our apartment, was added. The famous Nikki Beach is about 15 minutes from our apartment.
