Overlooking the estuary and Bream Bay, this young holiday home in Waipu is elevated just above Cove Road, the main road between Waipu town and Waipu Cove. Beautiful ocean views from the main room and all three bedrooms. Please note that our parking platform is best for 2 cars only. There is NO street parking available on roadside. ***Please note: if your preferred dates are not available, check out our other place not far away in Mangawhai called Luxe at the Lake. The space Master king bedroom with ensuite at one end and two queen bedrooms with a shared bath at the other and the main living area in between. Decking spans the whole of the ocean facing front and a more private BBQ deck at the back, with grassy areas on 3 sides for lounging in the sunshine. An outdoor shower too if you need to rinse the beach sand off! The kitchen is well-equipped. Guest access Small, 2 person campervans are okay for the parking platform here, but large campervans not allowed sorry. The driveway/maneuverability is not suitable. Max 2 cars is advisable and NO parking anywhere on grassy areas. No boat parking. Other things to note Waipu has a Four Square and a dairy - both just minutes away. There are several restaurants and takeaways in the area (one of which brews it's own fantastic beers) if you're taking a break from cooking :) There are fabulous beaches nearby. We recommend Waipu Cove which is about a 5 minute drive, and Langs Beach which is 10 minutes away.
