Guest access DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR THE GUEST AUTHORIZATION LETTER (GAF) GAF works as a gate pass for guests to enter the condo unit. We require the booker to submit e-copies of any gov't-issued IDs/school IDs for ALL LISTED GUESTS AND VISITORS to the Airbnb chatroom or via FB messenger for GAF approval. Children are not required to submit their IDs. Only their full names and age are required. AS PER CONDO POLICY, ONLY A TOTAL OF 8 PAX ARE ALLOWED INCLUDING INFANTS, CHILDREN, AND VISITORS IN THE COUNT BESIDES THE GUESTS. There's an extra charge of P300 (for the entire duration of stay) for the 8th guest. You can pay directly to me via Gcash once you confirmed your booking. The visitor's name must be included in the GAF for approval by the condo PMO before the check-in date to ensure a hassle-free and smooth check-in. Alterations in the GAF (to include list of visitors & adding more guests) are allowed during the guests' stays (except on the check-in day), provided their name/s is submitted way in advance. WE ARE NOT STAYING IN THE CONDO PREMISES, HENCE A PROCESSING FEE OF P300 IS CHARGE FOR EVERY CHANGE OF GAF. No request for change of GAF is allowed during the "check-in day" and no processing on Sundays, Holidays and after 1pm on Saturdays. We require the GAF to register guests' stays at the property. IDs should be presented upon check-in for verification purposes. - Early Check-in and Late Check-out are subject to availability with a 24-hour notice. Extra fee of P300/hr. - Luggage dropoff is available in the unit. This is possible if there are no guests in the unit. You and your family/companions will enjoy these resort-type amenities besides being accessible to the shopping mall with a host of well-known restaurants, a cinema, and a 24-hour convenience store. Other things to note - PARKING OPTIONS: We provide two (2) paid 24-hr. parking areas, one in Light Mall and Pioneer Woodlands (Pro Parking) near Light Mall. THIS IS A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS. Rates are to be provided upon request. We don't have a Residents Parking Slot available, as a unit owner. Also, Residents Parking Slots are for registered (long-term) tenants only - for more than a month rental. - SWIMMING POOL ACCESS POLICY: 1. Access fees/day - Php 150 (regular and weekend days) and Php 300 (holidays) for each pax. 2. Access time - 6 am to 10 pm daily. 3. Allowed max. pax pool access daily - 4 pax (no switching). 4. Allowed access - Only guests on the authorization list. Note: Pool access is allowed on CHECK-IN DAY EXCEPT ON THE CHECK-OUT DAY. However, it is still possible to use the swimming pool before check-out at 12pm if the new guests do not use their slot. You will be informed only the day before or the morning of your checkout. 5. Procedure in securing a permit - book and pay in advance to the condo admin office on the 3rd floor, Tower 1. 6. Permit application - Condo admin office. Office time is from 9 am to 6 pm, Mondays to Saturdays. The office is closed on Sundays and Holidays. - We only provide one bath towel per person during the entire stay. Extra towels can be pre-ordered at an extra fee. - We provide a one-time "complimentary" essential kit (shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper) and tea/coffee/creamer/sugar upon your arrival. - For a minimum of two-weeks stay, we provide weekly cleaning of the unit and replacement of beddings. You rarely experience this extra service to guests on Airbnb. - Strictly NO SMOKING/VAPING inside the apartment and on the balcony area. OTHER RESTRICTIONS: - Karaoke is not allowed. - Alcohol is allowed, but "heavy drinking" is prohibited. - Prohibited to rearrange the dining tables, chairs, and sofa bed. - Adhesives/stickers residue on the walls, tables, etc. should be cleaned/removed before leaving the unit. - Take good care of the unit and treat it with respect. During checkout, leave the unit as a spotless clean home as you receive it. - Quiet time is 10 pm. - STAINS ON BEDS & SOFA BEDS MUST BE AVOIDED. Each stained bed & sofa bed is subject to a penalty of P 2,000. We require immediate settlement. - CLOTHES RACK DRYER/CLOTHESLINE ARE NOT ALLOWED IN BALCONY. IT IS FOR USE INSIDE THE UNIT ONLY.
