Genesis Abode is a cosy 2 bedroom independent house in a peaceful village of Assagao, near Anjuna - North Goa. Homestay is in a lush green setting, nicely ventilated and ample of natural light. Assagao being the Culinary Capital of Goa, the renowned restaurants & coffee places are in a radius of 2 kms. Anjuna and Vagator beaches are less than 5 kms away. North Goa touristy destinations are 15 minutes ride from the homestay. Ample of parking space available. The space Genesis Abode is a 2 bedroom independent home in a lush green space in Assagao, North Goa. Anjuna & Vagator beaches are about 5 kms and the other touristy locations in North Goa can be accessed in like 15 minutes. The homestay is suitably furnished to ensure that our guests feel at home as soon as they step in. Both the bedrooms have air conditioning and ample ventilation too. Kitchen is well equipped with induction stove, induction cookware, microwave, toaster, refrigerator and the RO Water Filter. The water filter does reduce a lot of plastic waste... We have been mindful in even adding washing machine, iron and ironing board to our list of amenities so that the guests can travel light. We have enrolled for a high speed internet connection from a leading ISP and there is smart tv installed. You stay tuned with work and entertainment alike. Should there be internet disruption, we are very close to cafe like Kefi and Barefoot that boasts of multiple connections. We provide daily housekeeping service and this feature has been the feather in our cap. Linen change is provided after 3 nights and should you be staying for 4 nights, we would get it done in 2 nights. However, if you are environment conscious, you can decline the linen change. Be the change, you want to see. We expect you to use the homestay as your own home and especially during checkout be mindful of keeping the house in order. It helps our team in turning around the homestay. We do make a conscious effort to recycle the wet waste into compost. Please use the wet and dry bin efficiently and help us in this endeavour. Guest access We have kept our homestay on Dynamic Pricing depending on the number of guests. For eg. 2 guests will have access to Master Bedroom, Living Room and the Kitchen. 3 or more guests will have access to the entire house. Should you need access to the entire home request you to book for 3 persons Other things to note We have planted saplings of fruit bearing trees and flowering plants and request you to close the main gate in order to stop stray cattle and also be mindful while driving/ riding vehicles in the premises.
