Our apartment Berta's Bleibe has a spacious bedroom with a large double bed made of solid wood and a bedroom with two cozy single beds. In the living area, there is a comfortable sofa bed, so the apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. The living and dining area invites you to relax with its high-quality oak parquet floor and a cozy sitting area. The kitchen-living room offers you all the utensils you need for cooking. Absolutely! In the living area, there is a comfortable sofa bed, so the apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. The living and dining area with its high-quality oak parquet floor and a cozy sitting area invites you to relax after an eventful day of excursions or a strenuous day of work. Of course, there is also a TV available, which you can use from both the sofa and the table. The kitchen-living room offers you all the utensils you need to prepare your meals. Available equipment: ceramic stovetop with four hotplates, oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A coffee maker, kettle and toaster ensure that you have everything you need for breakfast. At the solid oak dining table there is enough space to eat, work or play games. The modern and bright bathroom has a walk-in shower, as well as a vanity and toilet. Guest access The apartment Berta's Bleibe is on the ground floor, which means it can be reached barrier-free. Outside, the beautiful and covered terrace is suitable for breakfast in the sun or a cozy dinner. Children will also find a variety of activities on the forecourt with a small playground. Parking is available right next to the guest house, including an electric charging station. Your bikes can also be safely parked under the stairs. Other things to note The prices for the respective apartment are calculated per day including bed linen, towels and kitchen towels as well as additional costs. For longer stays, the towels will be changed after one week and the bed linens will be changed after three weeks. The apartments are available from approx. 4:00 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, the apartments must be vacated by approx. 10 am. Regardless of the number of people and the period, we charge a flat rate of €30.00 for the final cleaning. Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor area! Dogs are allowed by arrangement and with an extra charge of €15/stay. All information is supplied without guarantee.
