Beautiful, detached, recently updated family home located in 3/4. 4 bedrooms. Upstairs wc, bath & shower room, downstairs wc and shower. Price is based on up to 8 adults and children sharing. Can sleep to up to 12 with bell tent at extra cost. Please discuss when booking. The space Weir Cottage is a detached set in 3/4 acre conveniently situated off the beaten track and set in the middle of the beautiful village of Pilton! We have a Coop situated only a few minutes walk away. If you want to eat out / fancy a pint or g and t There is a great pub called The Crown only 5 mins walk with a lovely best garden serving gourmet food and locally crafted ales and wines!. Theres also the Working Mens club which is open most days for reasonably priced food and drink and is within easily stumbling distance! We are conveniently situated only 10 minutes from Bruton (home to lovely shops, eateries and Howser and Wirth). From is around 20 minutes, Wells and Glastonbury are even closer approx 10 mins away. Shepton is the closest town and is a 5 min drive away. The closest beach is Lyme Regis which is just over an hour. There’s plenty of parking for 5 cars and a huge garden with a stream running through it. It’s an idyllic retreat and perfect for children and adults alike. We have pet chickens, a climbing frame and trampoline (used at your own rush). The stream is usually very low in summer and perfect for supervised paddling. Full use of the House: 4 bedrooms, sleeps around 8, or 10 if used in conjunction with the bell tent. Also available For Glastonbury Festival Rental: We are a 5 minute stroll to Glastonbury Festival Hitchen Hill Gate accessible with Hospitality Tickets. Or 10 minutes to Gate B. Due to the nature of your booking, with Glastonbury accommodation being in demand, we request 15% no refundable deposit immediately to secure your booking and the remaining balance payable by 1st May Pre the festival taking place. Bell tent sleeps 2 if required can be erected next to the house. PRICE: £ available on request Guest access Weir Cottage is a rentable in full or in part. Weir Cottage is only available during Glastonbury Festival and occasional weeks over the summer as it is our main residence for the rest of the time. Other things to note There is plenty of parking at our property. The location is serene, quiet, gorgeous and tranquil - THE perfect retreat from the festival yet a 10 stroll along safe, country roads takes you right to the festival gates! We even have chickens in the garden so you can help yourself to eggs during your stay!
