A short walk to Port Kent Beach on Lake Champlain and Amtrak. There is a golf course and driving range within walking distance. Lake Placid (home of 2 Winter Olympics) is 3/4 hour drive. AuSable Chasm is 3 miles away. Deck has approx 12 stairs - there is no gate at top. Not suitable for small children. The space Across the road from Lake Champlain.
