This one bedroom suite is luxurious in every way with a beautifully designed bathroom. Two smart televisions for chilling out. Bedroom TV has DISH Network programming and living room TV is hidden in the armoire along with games. Enjoy. This dwelling is for your own private** use including two outside decks with propane gas fireplace pit tables. The hot tub and outdoor shower are 30 yards away at the main house and available for your private use as well. Two parking spots for your use. No street parking. Both televisions are smart TV's. Bedroom TV has DISH Network programming and living room TV is hidden in the armoire along with games. REMINDER - Kitchenette includes mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, hot water kettle. Not a full size kitchen. Serving ware provided. Small bar sink. Outside BBQ propane grill. Sorry, NO PETS ALLOWED. No street parking allowed. Winter conditions November through April. AWD or 4WD vehicles required. Other things to note AGE REQUIREMENT: Guest must be at least 25 years of age LIMITED OCCUPANCY: Maximum occupancy is limited to the number of individuals listed on the reservation NO SMOKING or VAPING: Minimum fee of $500 NOISE AND CONDUCT: Guests are expected to respect the property and neighbors. PARKING: Parking is restricted to designated spaces. No street parking. REFUNDS: Guest shall not be entitled to a refund in the event of early departure or events out of host’s control, including weather. WINTER CONDITIONS: November to April vehicles must have 4WD, AWD, or chains. SENSITIVE MOUNTAIN SEPTIC: Flush ONLY toilet paper. HOT TUB: Use good judgement. If you overflow the hot tub, you may be charged for refilling. DAMAGE: Notify us and we will work it out. Don’t notify us and we will notify Airbnb. PETS: Unless property is designated as pet friendly and fees are paid, pets are not allowed. Minimum $250 fine per animal. We ask that all guests abide by the house rules so everyone can enjoy their stay. Violations may result in your reservation ending early.
