The space This sunny 2-storey waterfront chalet has 3 bedrooms, a loft, 2 full bathrooms, open concept living, dining and kitchen, with great outdoor space too! Bedroom #1 and #2 on the first floor each have a Queen bed, closet and water views. The large Master bedroom has a Queen bed, closet and sunny water views. The loft area provides a second living room, complete with awesome water views, a TV, a pull-out couch, two arm chairs and a balcony. The pull-out couch is a Double bed and can sleep 2 more people. The chalet provides comfortable sleeping accommodations for up to 8 people. This chalet also features a washer and dryer! The downstairs 4 piece bathroom has a tub and shower combo for a nice soak, a hair dryer and lots of counter space. The upstairs 4 piece bathroom has a 2 person jacuzzi jetted tub and a stand-alone shower. This room also has a pleasant view. The living room has a TV, basic cable and the whole unit has high-speed wifi! (The fireplace is turned on starting in Fall rentals) Aside from the couch, there is also a nice glider rocking chair. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'd need from pots and pans, dishes, dishwasher, an oven, stove top, microwave, 12 cup drip coffee maker and a toaster. There is a nice large table with seating for up to 8. Outside there is a BBQ, nice deck with chairs and picnic table with spectacular views! Enjoy the great views of sparking waters and passing boats while you eat! Finish off the day with amazing star gazing by the fire-pit! Guest access You'll have access to the entire home, yard, deck, fire-pit, the communal pool and beaches surrounding the point, offering spectacular views from sunrise to sunset and even the night skies! Enjoy parking in your own driveway as well partial access to the shed to get to the kayaks. This chalet was made to make the most of the views while offering privacy and peacefulness.
