Single-story house in a peaceful village on the Côte des Bar on the Champagne route with pool, available from July 2024! 10 minutes from Essoyes (Renoir's village), 15 minutes from Nigloland Park, 20 minutes from the Orient Forest Lakes, 30 minutes from Colombey-les-Deux-Églises (Charles de Gaulle Memorial) and 40 minutes from Troyes. The space Spacious and bright accommodation with: - Kitchen open to living room with fireplace and dining room. - 3 bedrooms with 7 beds: 1 bed 160 with 1 extra bed (sofa bed 1 place) in the largest bedroom; 1 bed 140 in the other 2 bedrooms. The largest bedroom includes 1 bathroom and a walk-in shower as well as a separate toilet and the other 2 bedrooms include a shower and a sink. A second toilet is in the hallway that leads to the bedrooms. - Terrace in front of the house with garden furniture and parasol - Large terrace behind the house with dining table, chairs, and umbrella - Gas Grill.
