When you stay with us, you will have exclusive access to the entire house and its spectacular private garden, outdoor palapa and pool. The property is located within the exclusive residential development "Junto al Río", an extremely calm and wooded environment. Access to the subdivision is controlled by a security checkpoint with 24-hour private surveillance, ensuring complete peace of mind for you, your family and your pets. You can easily enter by car and park on the property. Other things to note - Pets are allowed at an additional cost of $650, and they are not allowed on beds, armchairs, or similar furniture. - Boiler start-up cost of $2,500 for a 2-day stay. It is important to remember that the shutdown is manual. - Cover the pool at night to maintain the temperature. - It is important to close the palapa every night. - The cushions for the loungers, dining room, and living room must be stored in the palapa to protect them from possible rain. - Only those registered on the reservation are allowed access to ensure the security and control of the residential complex. - The rooms are smoke-free spaces; smoking is only allowed in open areas such as the palapa and the garden. - Use the pool responsibly. We are not liable in the event of an accident. - It is forbidden to take bath towels to the pool. - Out of respect for the house's design, we ask that you please do not move the furniture. - Parties or events are not allowed - We accept a maximum of 4 pets per stay, with the owner being responsible for supervising them and keeping the property clean at all times. - Help us save energy and take care of the environment by keeping the air conditioners off when you are not in the room. - We ask you to park the cars in the house parking lot, not blocking the entrances of the neighbouring houses. - If you need a massage therapist, contact us and we will provide you with their contact information.
