Our seafront home offers a peaceful garden, a relaxing atmosphere, and a perfect location close to the beaches, Sığacık ,the ancient city of Teos, restaurants, cafés, pubs, and shopping areas. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home; a filter coffee machine, a Turkish coffee maker, an airfryer, a kitchen chef, and basic essentials such as tea, sugar, and salt ready for your first use. Soap, shower gel, and toilet paper; clean sheets and extra towel sets are provided. The space The guest have full acces of the entire house and the main garden. On top of the house there is a seperate roof flat where the owner lives. You can reach the beaches in 3 mnts walk. ancient cty Teos by 20 mnts walk and Sığacık village in 10 mnts by car. There is a beach cafe in summer time.You can make online shopping from Migros market or go shopping to Sığacık. Guests should share their passport ID information as per local legal regulations. Guests not available in guest list on your reservation are not allowed to check in. Other things to note This house holds a tourism registration certificate. all the guests(including children) should share their passport/or ID information .Please note your reservation won't be accepted unless you provide us with these information.
